Minority Cannabis Academy (MCA) is a Adult Learning Institution based in New Jersey. We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that focuses on the professional development and technical training of minorities and disenfranchised communities impacted by the “War on Drugs”, and are interested in becoming cannabis industry professionals. We’re creating invaluable workforce development opportunities for a demographic that needs and deserves it the most.

PRESIDENT & CO-FOUNDER

Brendon Robinson brings a decade of experience in the Commercial Banking and Financial Services sectors to the cannabis industry. After identifying the systemic lack of professional representation and financial literacy within the space, he co-founded Minority Cannabis Academy to bridge the gap between social advocacy and institutionalized workforce development. His mission is to ensure the legal market is built on sustainable business practices that empower marginalized communities.

Stanley Okoro is a seasoned leader in the Global Logistics and Security Operations industries. By combining logistical precision with a lifelong dedication to cannabis science, he oversees the operational integrity of MCA’s curriculum. Stanley’s work focuses on professionalizing the transition from legacy knowledge to the rigorous standards of the regulated market, ensuring every graduate meets the high-level, technical requirements of modern cannabis operators.
